Pleas allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed and shipped.
Holiday Shipping: we guarantee to send out your gifts by cut-off, but can’t be responsible if the carrier suffers delays.
Cancellations & Changes： We are unable to cancel or change items once an order has been submitted. Once the order is shipped, we are not able to change the address provided during checkout.
Domestic Shipping All domestic shipments will require a signature upon delivery if the value of the contents is $300 or more.
PO Boxes: Please note we are unable to ship to PO Boxes.
We are not responsible for delays incurred by the shipper.

International Shipping：7-9 business days
International orders are considered final sale. Please allow 2 – 3 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. The price of International Shipping varies on location and is calculated upon checkout. Duties and taxes are determined by the customs agency within the destination country. Although charges are not always incurred, assessment of duties and taxes will be based on the value of the order and the tax-free threshold, if it exists, for goods imported into the destination country. Payment of any duties and import taxes is the responsibility of the recipient, and these fees are collected at the time of delivery. The international shipping cost incurred at the time of checkout is non-refundable.
